The Difference Between the Fruit Juice and the Syrup

Fruit juice beverage uses fruit or vegetable as raw material, making juice by the method of squeezing, slightly sticky liquid, containing soluble solid material about 20% generally, relative density is 1.03 to 1.10. Some should  mix some flavoring agent and water, such as orange juice, tomato juice, pear juice.

Syrup is not containing fruit ingredients, it use citric acid,food colour, , essence, sugar, by artificial preparation. Fruit juice containing inherent nutrients of fruit or vegetable, such as carbohydrates, vitamins, inorganic salts, etc.,are good for human health and have a certain preventive effect for some diseases .

Nutrient ingredients of fruit juice is mostly sugar. However, some syrup beverage has the function of refreshing, cooling thirst and so on, such as orange fruit, lemon.
